Aims, Editorial Notes, Editing Criteria
AIMS & EDITORIAL NOTES:
The CIRES Working Papers series is an on line publication in Political Science.
It is open to contributions by young scholars in the fields of political and administrative sciences, including international relations, European studies, security studies, comparative politics, public policy analysis, democratization studies, regional studies, governance, welfare and social policy analysis, political participation and political parties.
Papers submitted to the CIRES WP series will be reviewed by the editorial committee, and are expected to present original research results concerning European, Southern European and Mediterranean countries. All published CIRES WP must be based on empirical evidence; theoretical reviews and papers merely concerning the debate on ideas and methods will not be accepted.
Submission of papers is open. However, calls for papers on specific topics may be issued by the editorial committee, and will be published on this website and circulated on national and international mailing lists and partner websites.
Proposed papers must be written in English; in addition to the text, they should include:
All papers must be between 8.000 to 12.000 words in length (Garamond font, size 12, line spacing 1,5)
